About Us

Northern Alliance Construction & Consulting (NACC) is a design and build contractor providing construction support services across a broad range of sectors including commercial, oil and gas and military. With a focus on the use of precast concrete building systems, we also offer in-situ concrete foundations, bulk haulage and earthworks.

We are well versed in operating within challenging and high risk environments, and have successfully completed a number of projects for both government and commercial entities. Our focus lies in the delivery of high quality products and services tailored to meet and exceed the needs of our clients.

Directors

Gareth Edwards B.Eng Industrial (Hons), University of Stellenbosch, South Africa Managing Director Co-founder Gareth has worked in various construction and project management roles across the Middle East since 2007. He has a background in precast concrete, and has been involved with the establishment, operation and management of a number of ready-mix and precast manufacturing facilities, including the successful delivery of installations on US Military bases throughout Afghanistan. Gareth plays a strategic role in the overall directorship of the company, with a focus on the identification of opportunities and development of new business in local and broader markets.

Haydn Walker B.For.Sci (Hons), University of Canterbury, New Zealand Director Operations Co-founder Haydn has been with the company since its inception and brings experience in the application of Precast Concrete solutions across a wide range of disciplines. With a background in large scale production environments across primary industry in New Zealand, Haydn relocated to the United Arab Emirates in 2006 and has managed Precast and Ready-mix Concrete projects across the Middle East. Haydn manages our current operations in Afghanistan with a focus on expanding precast applications on various military installations and to critical infrastructure projects.

The Team

Our employees have a depth of experience in various applications such as rapid vertical structures, infrastructure elements, and force protection installations in both civilian and military environments. With an emphasis placed on providing opportunities to local nationals, NACC employs a number of locally recruited workers in both worker and supervisory roles. We pride ourselves in maintaining a dedicated workforce with a range of skills, expertise, knowledge and experience capable of delivering quality products in meeting with demanding specifications.
