Precast Products
Precast Concrete is the manufacture of concrete components in a dedicated manufacturing facility. Ready-mix concrete is cast into reusable moulds which are then cured in a controlled environment, transported to the construction site and lifted into place. These elements can be produced using a range of concrete mixes and moulds to achieve an infinite number of designs and shapes.
We specialise in the manufacture of precast concrete elements for a wide range of applications. Through our innovative design approach we are able to engineer precast solutions to cater for the individual needs of our clients. We have our own in-house steel fabrication facilities and produce custom moulds for the requirements of our projects. Below is selection of the various precast products that we deliver.

Boundary Walls
Wall elements can be tailored to suit perimeter layouts including the manufacture of custom corner units. Panels can be finished in a range of textures and impressions, including the incorporation of capping beams, architectural columns as well as branding through use of logos and text. For high risk applications, walls can also be designed to accomodate various blast/ impact force protection ratings. We currently offer two wall systems:
